Prismatic guides

Prismatic guides allow precise and stable linear movement of the upper mobile platen in hydraulic presses. These guides ensure accurate coupling between the hydraulic cylinder and the work platen, minimizing play and vibrations during the pressing phase.

Prismatic guides are mainly used when processing requires high precision and repeatability in the alignment between the upper and lower platens.

The guides are lubricated by the hydraulic circuit of the press, ensuring constant lubrication of all sliding surfaces.
