Digital control with Siemens touchscreen display

Upon request, the Siemens KTP 700 Basic touchscreen display can be installed, allowing the following parameters to be set:

• • Maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder in upward and downward movement
  • Pressure holding time on the lower platen
  • Working pressure
  • Decompression time
  • Piece counter
  • Pre-stop upstroke/downstroke: function that allows stopping the upward or downward movement before reaching the set position, thus eliminating errors caused by speed and cavitation due to the die weight. Guarantees a precision of 0.1mm.
  • Alarm management

Up to 100 different working programs can be stored.

It allows choosing between manual or automatic operating mode.

Stroke reading is performed by a wire encoder, while pressure reading is carried out by a transducer installed on the hydraulic power unit.

In case of power failure, the system stores the last working parameters that were set.
