Anti-fall and anti-burst valves

As a safety measure to ensure operator safety and to protect the machine, anti-fall and anti-burst safety valves are installed on all hydraulic presses.

Anti-fall valve: it has the function of preventing accidental lowering of the hydraulic cylinder in the event of an electrical failure, a hydraulic hose break, or any system anomaly. The valve is installed on the hydraulic cylinder and is configured to block the downward movement of the piston in the event of anomalies, keeping it in a safe position.

Anti-burst valve: it has the function of preventing the hydraulic hose from bursting in the event of an excessive increase in working pressure. This valve is installed on the hydraulic circuit and is calibrated to open if the pressure exceeds the safety limit.
