A further customization involves the upper mobile table. We have increased its dimensions to 700 x 500mm, providing a larger working area compared to the standard size of 700 x 350mm. This expanded surface accommodates larger molds and materials, enhancing the press’s versatility.
These hydraulic workshop molding presses feature a bottom side lock valve. This specialized valve is designed to maintain a constant pressure level within the cylinder for the entire duration of the set pressing time. This ensures consistent and high-quality molding results, particularly for processes requiring sustained pressure.
All essential working parameters can be conveniently and accurately set using the integrated Siemens KTP 700 Basic digital screen. This user-friendly interface provides operators with precise control over the molding process.
The cylinder approach speed is set at 24 mm/sec, allowing for efficient cycle times. The working speed is a controlled 5 mm/sec, ensuring precise and accurate molding operations.
The hydraulic press operates using a dual button control system. This safety mechanism requires simultaneous activation of both buttons, adhering to stringent European safety regulations and protecting the operator during use.
